We are still short of 10k runners (or fast walkers!) for the British 10k race in London on Sunday 13th July 2014. We have 30 spaces to fill and so far only 22 stalwarts have stepped up to the plate for us.
If you know anyone who is willing to run for us and raise a minimum of £200 in sponsorship for the Samson Centre in the process, do please contact the office. Runners need to be able to complete the 10k within 2 hours, so brisk walkers can also achieve this distance within this timescale.
