On Sat 11th March the Take That LIVE guys rocked the stage at GLive, while their audience watched from the aisles, and in so doing delivered £4,149 of funds for the Samson Centre.
From the messages that I have received, an enjoyable evening was had by all. Even our own Vice Chairman John Hambly who didn’t begin the evening as a Take That fan, began to waiver somewhere during that performance – perhaps it was when Gary Barlow sang to him!
A big thank you to everyone who helped, came along and/or passed the details of this fundraising event to friends, family or work colleagues. We are climbing ever closer to our goal, and nearing the half way mark as we have now raised almost £400,000 towards a contribution to build the new extension…..Onwards and upwards!
